Meetings are held in hotels and We reserve 2 rooms. One for presentations to holds up to 175 people. A second room, which is just as large, houses the lunch and breakfast buffet, 4 or 5 Oracle Demonstration pods staffed by Oracle folks, and 3 Vendor tables. There are typically 4 presentations with breaks in between. During the breaks, folks visit the buffet and check out the demo pods and vendor tables.
